The Business of Home Staging, LLC

These Terms and Policies govern the purchase and use of all products, services, and programs provided by The
Business of Home Staging, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any of our
products or services, you ("Client," "Customer," or "User") agree to the following:
1. Overview
These terms apply to:
- Online courses and digital training
- Group coaching and 1:1 consultations
- Downloadable products (templates, guides, checklists, etc.)
- Live and virtual workshops, webinars, and events
2. Payment Terms
All purchases must be paid in full or via a valid payment plan at checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment
method for the total amount due, including future installments if applicable.
Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in loss of access and may be referred to collections if unresolved.
3. Refund & Return Policy
Digital Products: Non-refundable. All sales are final due to the instant access nature of downloads.
Courses: 30-day refund policy only if less than 25% of the course content is completed. Refunds must be requested in
writing within 30 days of purchase at info@businessofhomestaging.com.
Live Workshops & Events: Non-refundable. This includes virtual and in-person events, workshops, and live webinars,
regardless of attendance.
1:1 Coaching, Mentoring & Consultations: All services are non-refundable. Missed appointments are forfeited.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and will only be considered with 48 hours' advance notice, at our sole discretion.
4. Use of Content & Intellectual Property
All materials are copyrighted and may not be reproduced, resold, or shared. You are granted a non-exclusive,
non-transferable license for individual business use only. Violation may result in access termination and legal action.
5. Disclaimers
We do not guarantee specific results, income levels, or business outcomes. All testimonials are examples of past results
and are not promises of performance. You are responsible for applying strategies in your own business. No legal, tax, or
professional advice is provided.
6. Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware)
It's your responsibility to review all product descriptions before purchasing. No refunds will be granted for dissatisfaction

7. Access Terms

- Course access: 12 months from date of purchase
- Downloads: Lifetime access (updates not guaranteed)
- Group or coaching access ends at program conclusion
- We reserve the right to update or discontinue any product or service
8. Community & Conduct
In our programs and communities, you agree to:
- Respect confidentiality of other participants
- Act respectfully and professionally
- Avoid harassment or disruptive behavior
Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Business of Home Staging, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages or losses. We are not responsible for platform outages or technical disruptions.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Business of Home Staging, LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities
arising from your use of our products and services or breach of these terms.
11. Modifications
These Terms and Policies may be updated at any time. Continued use of our products and services confirms your
acceptance of any revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State]. Any disputes will be handled through mediation or
